The construction of Manila Water’s Hinulugang Taktak sewage treatment plant (STP) in Antipolo City has now surpassed the halfway mark and is set to be operational by the end of the year.
The project aims to treat 16 million liters of wastewater daily, maintaining the ecological balance in the area.
Catering to 148,000 residents in Antipolo City, particularly in Barangay dela Paz, San Isidro, San Roque, and San Jose, the plant underscores Manila Water’s commitment to 24/7 water supply and sanitation services.
